The ‘shifting wild’ is an interesting and innovative central feature of Queen of the Nile. When the wild symbol lands on reel 5, it can shift up or down, the left to reel 4 for a spin, then to 3, 2 and 1. Obviously if during those spins it appears on reel 5 again you get another coming over. Add into the mix that with ‘Xtra Win’ turned on (costs 50% extra per spin to activate) you then get a wild on the center reel that shifts up or down and the potential for big wins from the shifting wild are obvious. Especially at 3x in the free spins.

The game itself isn’t as volatile as slots such as the beautifully themed but offers much more opportunity to get something decent than the feature-stuffed Lightning Link slot for example.
